 Teen Advocacy Going Strong (TAGS) is a woman-founded and led nonprofit creative reuse hub supporting diverse and underserved youth ages 13–24. At TAGS, we combine art, sustainability, and entrepreneurship to help young people grow through hands-on experience. Our thrift store and creative workspace offer a unique environment where youth can explore business skills, creative expression, and community connection. Whether through our job training, entrepreneurship programs, volunteer opportunities, or art workshops, TAGS empowers teens and young adults to build confidence, resilience, and real-world skills.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable. and organized person who enjoys customer engagement, community networking and creating a welcoming store environment. If you like working with people, being part of a creative community space, and are interested in joining our job program, we’d love to hear from you!

-Customer engagement

-Customer assistance, addressing inquiries, enhancing customer experience 

-Maintain a clean and organized shopping area

-Community outreach

Additional Tasks:

-Social media posting

-Simple website updates using Wix

-Tasks using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
