Directly reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of company-wide HR policies, plans and programs in support of the company’s strategic plans. The incumbent will provide HR support services including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, compensation/benefits, employee relations, event planning, talent/performance management, learning and development and regulatory compliance initiates and efforts for the employees of ACCO (for assigned offices). To be successful in this role, the incumbent must act with professionalism, integrity, discretion, urgency and be responsive to client needs. This role provides support to assigned HR Managers across locations.
