Reporting to DOO, The HR Manager will work with leadership on strategic planning, operationalizing the strategic plan; will work to develop and steward our culture; and will serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.

The Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) will plan, coordinate, and lead the functions of the HR department including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation/benefits, LOA administration, performance management and career development.
