We are seeking compassionate and energetic Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2-5 in our center-based setting. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience working with young children preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and teaching procedures with young children
• Collect accurate data on child progress and behaviors
• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Collaborate with clinical team members and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
